SpringFest begin in 2008 at Star Hill Ranch off Hamilton Pool Road with 65 vendors, 7 BBQ cook-off contestants and some great local bands. Attendance was a little over 300.
In 2009, the event moved to the Hill Country Galleria and hosted 115 vendors, 14 BBQ contestants and featured the Jason Allen Band, Two Tons of Steel and Eleven Hundred Springs. Attendance was approximately 4,000.
2010 the excitement and attendance continued to grow with 130 vendors, 20 BBQ contestants and music from Two Tons of Steel, Dale Watson and The Derailers. Over 8,000 enjoyed the beautiful Chamber of Commerce day.
In 2011, SpringFest continued to gain momentum and excitement with over 140 vendors, 22 BBQ contestants and music from Andrea Marie and the Magnolia Band, Duck Soup and Bruce Robison. Another 8,000 attended the 4th annual event
