We are so excited for the 7th Annual SpringFest Presented by St. David's Emergency Center!!! Marketing is in full swing with TV commercials, email campaigns, print and social media going NUTS! With all the marketing we are doing to get folks to attend the event, the BEST WAY to SPREAD THE WORD is for YOU to SHARE WITH YOUR clients, customers, friends, family and neighbors.

Load-in, what to bring, etc. 

Location: The Backyard Live Oak Amphitheater :: 13801 Bee Cave Parkway, Bee Cave, 78738. Enter the East entrance (closest to the Bee Cave City Park). Please do NOT enter the main entrance. 


  • What to bring: vendors are responsible foall canopy, tables, signage, chairs, weightto secure, etc. needed for set-up. Only the 10x10 booth space will be provided. Inclement weather preparations are strongly encouraged as booth sales are rain or shine.
  • Secure your tent: As we all know, it can be windy in the Spring-time in Texas. Be sure to secure your tent with ample weights to tie down your canopy. 
  • There are portions of the festival that are CASH ONLY and this may include your booth. There will be ATM machines available on site. 
  • Booth Set-up: 
  • ARTISAN / RETAIL VENDORS: You may arrive on Saturday, April 26 between 8:00AM - 9:00AM 
  • SERVICE PROVIDER VENDORS: You may arrive on Saturday, April 26 between 9:00AM-10:00AM
  • You will be directed to a location to unload and volunteers will be on hand to assist you to your booth location. All vendors must be completely set-up by 10:30AM!
  •  Vendor Parking: Available at The Backyard in designated vendor parking area. See attached Guide to SpringFest.
  • Booth Tear Down:  Is PROHIBITED before 7PM. NO VENDOR may tear down until they are completely torn down and ready to load.   

Some Rules:

  • Refund policy – Refer to waiver.
  • Vendors are strictly PROHIBITED from providing ANY alcohol or food and beverage samples to the public unless previously approved. 
  • It is the policy of SpringFest that vendors are strictly PROHIBITED from selling any live animals.
  • Vendors are required to provide their own display equipment and/or canopy.  Your booth display must be professional. 
  • All vendors MUST be present and on-site during the entire festival unless approved by event coordinator.  Please plan to have proper representation in booth at all times of the festival.
  • Vendor generated trash, boxes, product, etc. must be disposed of in the proper trash receptacle or removed from the property.

 Our arts and crafts vendors make SpringFest what it is. After all, how can you have a festival in Central Texas without unique shopping? Mark you calendar for SpringFest 2014: Saturday, April 26th!

We would like to thank all of our vendors for all of the hard work they put into SpringFest. 
We are excited to announce the expansion of SpringFest to a 2 day event! SpringFest will now begin on Friday, April 25 at 6PM with the WineStomp wine tasting, Kidzone and FREE movie, featuring Oscar Award Winning movie FROZEN Sing-a-long  inside The Backyard!
