Five Women Wearing the Same Dress, by Alan Ball

In the first show of the Sarofim School of Fine Arts’ Theatre Department 2017-2018 season, five bridesmaids find themselves hiding out in an upstairs bedroom during the wedding reception. Each has their own reason for not wanting to be downstairs, and between the rebellious younger sister, the sweet fundamentalist, the cynical beauty, the strained wife, and the outcast cousin there is much to laugh about and learn from as these five powerhouse women try to survive the reception.
