Join us for a very special Mediterranean cooking class with Sommelier and Chef Pier Giorgio Manna! He has owned and operated several restaurants in northern Italy, for approximately 25 years. Chef Pier will take you on a journey through Italy with the following dishes: 3 Flour Focaccia Bread Barley Salad Risotto with Asparagus Summer Peaches with White Wine Sauce This menu will be accompanied with two glasses of special wines chosen by Pier and marcona almonds & olives. At this demonstration class, attendees will enjoy eating all of the delicious dishes while learning about the history of the food, and the wine!
