    Paula Kaisner, LLT008 Chair, Dream Vacations

    Paula Kaisner is a franchise owner of Dream Vacations specializing in cruise and land vacations. She and her husband have traveled all over the world and it was on their honeymoon that they discovered their love for cruises. In just the past few years they’ve cruised on various cruise lines (big and small), through the Panama Canal, Tahiti, Alaska, Costa Rica, New England/Canada, Bermuda and of course the Caribbean. 

    Paula also enjoys land resort vacations as well from the Cancun area, the Dominican Republic and Hawaii. Purchasing her Cruise One franchise has allowed Paula to passionately help people plan their dream cruise and land resort vacations from beginning to end. 

    Paula and her husband Dale live in Steiner Ranch and are active in the Lake Travis community. 


  • Kelly Newberg  LLT07 Co-Chair, Prosperity Bank

    Kelly Newberg is currently the Banking Center Manager of Prosperity Bank-Lakeway and has been a resident of Lakeway since 1999. She relocated to Austin from Houston in 1995 and joined the Executive Office of Secretary of State, Antonio O. Garza, Jr., during the George W. Bush Governorship.  Prior to returning to Community Banking in 2004, Kelly also worked for the Lyndon B. Johnson Family Office and private equity firm Blue Sage Capital.

    Kelly has two children, both of whom attended Lake Travis schools. During those years she volunteered extensively with the PTOs, youth sports programs and booster clubs. She is currently active within local area networking groups.

    Kelly is a graduate of Leadership Class 006, Steering Committee Member of Class 007 and Co-Chair of Class 008. She has also served and volunteered on the Lake Travis Chamber SpringFest Committee for the past 3 years.

    Annmarie Hatfield, LLT07 Program Administrator, College Inroads

    Annmarie Hatfield, Partner at College Inroads, spends extensive time networking in the community and in educating parents and students about the complex process of college planning. Her passion is in helping people and developing long-term relationships with her clients, their students and within the community.

    Annmarie is the incoming Chairman of Leadership Lake Travis. She serves on the Board of Directors and as an Ambassador for the Lake Travis Chamber of Commerce. She was selected as their Volunteer of the Year for 2013 and College Inroads was named Young Business of the Year in 2014 for this Lake Travis Chamber.  Annmarie is a proud graduate from the University of Texas at Austin, where she received a BS in Speech Communications.


  • Keith PowellAustin Divorce Planners 

    Keith has been a financial advisor for over 25 years.  During the last 5 years, he has niched his financial planning practice to primarily working with women who are planning on, going through, or recovering from, a divorce. He has lived in the Lake Travis area for the last 10 years and has been a resident of Austin for 16 years.

    Originally from Houston, Keith earned his degree in Economics in 1991 from Texas A&M University. In addition to owning Austin Divorce Planners, he is also a Director with Business Network International and manages two Vacation Rentals on Lake Travis. Keith is also active in the Comanche Trail Community Association where he has served on the board of directors for the last 8 years. 

    When he is not working, Keith is most likely to be found boating on Lake Travis.  On the off chance he is not on a boat in his free time, he might also be found playing golf.  In addition to the aforementioned, Keith is also the Bass Player in the “Rockband” Massive Aura and he recently bowled a 188 at High Five!


  • Anja WarnstedtLake Travis Chamber of Commerce

    Anja is the Director of Operations and has been working for the Chamber for 5 years. She also is a graduate of LLT006 and “The Wrecking Balls” bowling league!

    Her experience prior to working at the Lake Travis Chamber spans 10 years in the educational non-profit sector in Silicon Valley.

    Passionate about her community and work, she is excited about the opportunity to support the steering committee and use her previous Leadership experience to help LLT008 participants succeed.
